About us

Meet Your Therapist

I’m Germaine Graham, a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specialized in working with children who are deaf or hard of hearing. With a passion for language development and a deep commitment to fostering bilingual communication, I work closely with children and families to create therapy plans that meet individual needs.

As the parent of a child with disabilities, I understand firsthand the challenges of communication development and the importance of finding the right therapy approach. My approach is rooted in empathy, flexibility, and a strong belief in the power of both ASL and oral languages (English, Spanish, etc) to support a child’s success.

I am one of the few bilingual ASL-English SLPs in Arizona and actively work with early intervention organizations to improve access to therapy and support for children in our community.

Our Approach to Therapy

I use a bilingual approach that integrates both ASL and spoken English. Whether a child’s primary language is ASL or spoken English, my goal is to support their development in both languages, ensuring they have the skills to communicate effectively in all aspects of life—at home, in school, and in their community.

Therapy sessions are tailored to each child’s individual strengths and needs, ensuring that therapy goals are both achievable and FUNctional. I also work closely with parents and caregivers to support their involvement and empower them to be active participants in their child’s communication journey.
